RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES


A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required with each rental. The equipment is reserved for your event and is not available for rental to anyone else.  This deposit is required at time reservation is made.  Full payment is required two weeks before event (adjustments to counts can be made at this time).  For any refund (excluding deposit), any cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled rental.  Less than two weeks notice, no money will be refunded.  If rental equipment is returned and not used, there is no refund.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit, and cash.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED IF PAYING LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE EVENT.

 

Special Occasion Rentals will wash all glassware, flatware, and china.  We ask that they be free of food and debris.  Liquids, lemons, limes, etc. must be emptied from all glasses.  All food service equipment must be rinsed of any food debris.  We clean all linens but ask that they be shaken free of food and debris.  Special care is needed to protect linens from wax, burns, or damaging stains and soil.  Please return hangers.  If these rules are not followed, additional charges will apply.

 

Responsibility remains with the customer from the time of delivery or customer pickup until the time of return, including safe transporting when customer picks up the order.  When picking up in trucks and open trailers, we ask you bring blankets to cushion your equipment.  Customer is responsible for any tie downs, ratchet straps, etc. necessary for safe transport of equipment.

 


 

Delivery/Pickup

 

Delivery and pickup service are available at rates to be determined according to location.  Additional delivery rates apply if equipment must be carried any long distance from the truck, up and down stairs, or on an elevator.  Delays in accessing loading/drop off area, or waiting for customer to meet us, will necessitate additional labor charges.


There will be an additional $50 charge for orders that have to be delivered or picked up on Saturdays, and after hours during the week.  An additional $100 charge for orders that have to be delivered or picked up on Sundays.


Chairs and tables are delivered stacked and must be stacked for pickup in same area it was delivered.  All other equipment must be broken down and put in same area.  Setup and breakdown service is available at an additional charge.
