RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with each rental.  This deposit is required at time reservation is made.  Full payment is required two weeks before event.  For any refund (excluding deposit), any cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and cash.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.

Special Occasion Rentals, LLC is responsible for cleaning all glassware returned to us.  We ask that all food be removed from plates and all liquids be removed from glasses before returning to us.  However, we ask that you clean all food service equipment and silver merchandise before returning.  We will clean all linens but ask that they be shaken free of food.  Wet linens should be allowed to dry out before returning.  This prevents mildewing of linen.  Special care is needed to protect linens from wax, burns, or damaging stains and soil.  Also, please return hangers.  If these rules are not followed, additional charges will be accessed.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery or customer pickup till the time of return, including safe transporting when customer picks up the order.  Once an order leaves our shop, there are no exchanges or refunds.  The equipment is reserved for you for that date and is not made available to anyone else to use.  If equipment is not used, there are not refunds allowed upon return.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Delivery and pickup services are available at rates to be determined according to location.  Additional delivery rates apply if equipment must be carried any distance from the truck, up and down stairs, or on an elevator.  Delays in accessing loading area will necessitate additional labor charges.

There will be an additional charge for orders that have to be delivered or picked up on Saturdays and Sundays.  Please call for pricing.

Chairs and tables are delivered stacked and must be stacked for pickup.  All other equipment must be broken down and put in one place for pickup.  Setup and breakdown service is available at an additional charge.  Please call for pricing.
